RULES OF USE
1. The soccer field is for resident use only! Does this mean team practices can’t be held here? No. Residents can use the field for practices for their teams. But if it gets to the point that individuals can’t use the field because there are always team practices going on, this rule might have to be revised.
2. You can reserve the field for use by submitting a request below. The requests will be honored in the order received. All reservations take precedence over unscheduled use.
3. If you do make a reservation and find you don’t need the field, please have the courtesy to let us know so that we can remove your name from the calendar.
4. You can only reserve the field four or fewer weeks ahead of time. This will help keep someone from requesting a slot for an extended amount of time preventing others from getting an opportunity to use the field.
5. There is a limit of no more than 3 hours of reserved use per week, per household. This also is to allow everyone an opportunity to use the field.
6. Clean up after yourself. Please don’t forget to pick up any empty water bottles on your way out. Anyone found to be leaving trash on the field will be banned from future use.
7. If you notice any attention that is needed at the field, either damaged equipment or field issues, please contact the board president and report it. We want to keep the field in tip-top condition.
