2021 WoodCreek Villas HOA Budget
A couple of highlights:
Jenks Police Department gave us great information on keeping our neighborhood safe. They said there were only 3 reports of theft from Woodcreek Villas last year. We know from Facebook that there were many more break-ins. They encouraged us to report every single break-in so that they know how to patrol and to know when they have a problem.

Security Footage
We are compiling a list of security camera feeds from houses in our neighborhood. If you would be willing to share your footage with the Jenks Police Department in case of a crime, please email your contact info and address to: tracy@joneshousecreative.com This will help them to track the criminal activity as quickly as possible.

HOA Dues for 2021 are $435 and due on April 30th. Please mail payments to:

Please note that there is a 3% convenience fee if you choose to use this method of payment. There is also a partial payment option for those wishing to begin making monthly payments toward your 2022 dues.
